Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct all aspects of day-to-day gift processing.
  • Prepare all gift receipts and donor acknowledgments pertaining to any charitable contributions.
  • Compile daily checks/cash processing for deposits, record transactions in Raiser’s Edge and manage credit card transactions in Blackbaud Merchant Service, Blackbaud Payment Services, and other donation portals.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures guide for development database operations.
  • Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations with Accounting Department.
  • Provide weekly management reporting to leadership.
  • Communicate directly with outside vendors in direct appeals management.
  • Ensure security and confidentiality of manual and electronic donor data and department files.

 

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in nonprofit sector
  • Computer experience must include Microsoft Office Suite, Raiser’s Edge Software.
  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

 

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
