  • Responsible for the daily administrative facets of physician recruitment by working with hiring physicians, leaders across the company, outside recruiters and marketing to attract and identify top physicians to join and/or support the respective practices.
  • Ensures that the screening, interviewing, and processing of physician candidates occurs promptly and helps the designated clinics hire physicians.
  • Achieves objectives through sourcing, identification, and the implementation of online recruitment tools.
  • Maintains general understanding of practice operations and tracks recruitment metrics.
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of all facets of role, relevant regulations, and organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Performs all duties in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.
  • Physician Recruitment Strategy: Is the administrative/support for physician recruitment with assigned clinics and physicians by posting positions, contacting fellowship programs, identifying qualified physicians prospects, sharing prospect CVs with hiring physicians/leaders, scheduling phone and “in-person” interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, soliciting post interview feedback, etc.
  • Works to support Sr. Regional Vice Presidents on prospecting, physician recruitment and physician relations development.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or work experience required.
  • Certified Recruiter certification preferred (i.e. CMSR, ASPR, etc.)
  • 2 - 5 years of hands on full cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • 2 years of experience sourcing and hiring physicians preferred.
