Job Description

 

Summary:
The President provides leadership to develop, direct and execute all operations of the Union Health Foundation including fundraising, events, grants and scholarships, resource development and board development with the purpose of inspiring people to support the improvement of healthcare in the Wabash Valley.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the organization's operations
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve the organization's goals and objectives to grow annual revenue through individual, corporate gifts, foundation gifts and grants
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Drive business development efforts to expand the organization's reach and market presence
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including profit loss, to ensure financial stability and growth
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions
- Provide leadership in strategic planning initiatives to drive long-term success
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of department heads and other key personnel

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and monitor projects
- Proven experience in business development, including identifying new opportunities and cultivating relationships with clients or partners
- Proficient in sales strategies and techniques to drive revenue growth and contain costs
- Solid understanding of financial management principles, including profit loss analysis
- Ability to lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans
- Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
