Grassroots opportunity with a group local to Orlando, but steadily growing throughout Florida. We are looking for someone to lead the non-profit element of a successful hospitality group with close to 20 years as a respected industry leader.

Vice President of Fundraising Job Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional-level development and fundraising roles experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing successful nonprofit revenue-generation and donor management strategies and tactics.
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit
• Proven dynamic and strategic leader with superior relationship skills and demonstrated success increasing revenue.
• Possess exceptional planning and management skills, a skillful staff leader, effective in recruiting, supervising, and mentoring a team of fundraising staff.
• Experience managing a portfolio high-level major gift (+$1M)
• College Degree, Masters Preferred

Vice President of Fundraising Compensation:

• $120-140K base salary
• Executive-level benefits and bonus potential
