We are an established, FQHC, nonprofit organization looking to hire a Full Time Director of Human Resources to join our ever-growing leadership team. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our dedicated team in Redding, CA.
Key Responsibilities of Director of HR:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
- Implement effective strategies for employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Foster a positive work environment through proactive employee relations initiatives.
- Address and resolve employee concerns, maintaining a culture of open communication.
- Manage and administer a comprehensive benefits program.
- Ensure competitive compensation structures and oversee payroll processes.
Qualifications of Director of HR:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably 5+ years in a similar capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
