Description

Our HR Business Partners are working directly with our amazing programs teams! This role will support our Aging and Nutrition Services programs in Commerce City, Northern Colorado as well as our Affordable Housing Programs. This includes Meals on Wheels and many other services.

The Human Resources Business Partner will assist in the strategic and tactical functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including employee relations, compensation, onboarding/training, strategy and planning. As a member of the HR team, this role partners with assigned programs and groups of employees in support of Human Resources functions, in accordance with the mission and values of VOA Colorado.

This role will be on site in our Commerce City, Colorado location, which is home to our new kitchen. It reports to the Senior Director, Human Resources.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in working in Human Resources.
• 2 years of experience in Employee Relations in a non-exempt environment.
• Non-Profit experience is very helpful.
• HR Certification is a plus.

This position is based in Commerce City, Colorado with a flexible part-time schedule 25-29 hours per week. The hourly rate is $35-$38/hr. Schedule may be 9am-230pm M-F.
