Under general supervision of the Manager of Outpatient Psychiatry, the Child and Teen Mental Health Therapist provides brief individual and group therapy including diagnostic evaluations, assessments, treatment planning, and care coordination. Interviews patients and facilitates discussion around diagnosis and treatment planning. Provides case coordination, client advocacy, and brokerage to obtain services as needed. The therapist will serve on a dynamic, multi-disciplinary Child and Teen Psychiatry team with Psychiatrists, Psychologists, LMFTs, RNs, Medical Assistants and administrative leadership.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMaster's Degree in related area
A valid California license as a mental health provider (LMFT, LCSW or LPCC) in good standing.
Knowledge and abilities essential to the successful performance of the duties assigned to the position.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish.
Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
