Responsibilities
The Senior Implementation Manager is a key driver in ensuring that our integration and implementation of the ReviewStat medical management software aligns with the needs of our clients.
In this role, you are the subject matter expert for the product and a business partner to our clients in gathering requirements, defining workflows, designing business rules, configuring the product and integrating file transfers with external and internal systems.
This is a highly collaborative role that emphasizes quality and great customer experiences. Technical aptitude is a must for success in this role in terms of data mapping, business rules development, and file exchange. Workers' Compensation industry knowledge can be a critical factor for interpreting and addressing client needs within the context of our application suite.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in technical analysis, requirements gathering, software configuration, file integration, troubleshooting, and product deployment.
- Workers' compensation and/or auto industry knowledge highly preferred but can substitute technical and/or business analyst expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in a customer facing role.
- Demonstrated experience with the development and deployment of system architectures, workflows, and custom business rules.
- Ability to translate business requirements to specific product configurations.
- Experience writing and/or participating in writing technical specifications, user guides, implementation checklists, test plans and other high-quality detailed documentation as necessary.
- Diligence in problem solving and troubleshooting.
- A passion for delivering high-quality customer solutions and creating great customer experiences.
- Robust collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and build productive relationships.
- An inspiring degree of self-motivation, initiative, accountability, and self-improvement.
- The ability to learn and retain information quickly.
- Comfortable with project management.
