Job Summary:
Under the supervision and direction of the Director of HR Operations & Compensation, the Talent Acquisition Manager provides daily supervision and support to the Talent Acquisition team; plans, develops, and implements effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs and build PPGNHAIK employer brand across a six-state affiliate.

Essential Functions:
The Talent Acquisition manager leads the Talent Acquisition (TA) team in sourcing, recruiting and executing the strategic goals for the TA team under the direction of the Director of HR Operations and Compensation. Participates in the strategic planning for meeting the staffing needs of the agency and sources and recruits for employment.

Compensation: PPGNHAIK's compensation Philosophy is based in equity and transparency. Starting offers are determined by both the candidate's directly applicable experience and internal equity within the paygrade. The pay range for this position is $80,411 - $175,688. Wages are determined based on location.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Oversees the workflow and daily supervision of the Talent Acquisition team to ensure hiring
aligns with affiliate objectives and hiring needs.
  • Provides guidance, coaching and performance evaluation for direct reports.
  • Monitors key recruitment metrics to identify and problem-solve issues affecting recruitment processes and procedures.
  • Assists in the creation of recruitment KPI reports and analysis.
  • Develops effective recruitment strategies including job posting optimization, job board procurement, talent planning, recruitment pipelines
  • Makes recommendations for retention strategies based on trends identified by key metrics.
  • Collaborates with Equity Team to develop and implement strategies to recruit a diverse workforce.
  • Works cross-functionally with departmental hiring managers and leaders to support hiring needs.
  • Conducts analysis of new and revised job descriptions to provide placement of salary grade.
  • Conducts compensation analysis for job offers.
  • Facilitates recruitment process for all Director, Vice-President and Executive level positions.
  • Plans, develops and manages employer of choice branding activities.
  • Creates and delivers recruitment specific trainings to various internal stakeholders.
  • Assists in cultivating and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service delivery goals.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervises the Talent Acquisition Team.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
SPHR or PHR certification preferred.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role.
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment process and employer branding techniques.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and databases.
Knowledge of applicable employment laws related to recruitment.
Prior talent management experience preferred.
Healthcare recruitment experience a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
