Home Forward is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator. We are a small team of HR professionals supporting a diverse group of employees at Oregon’s largest provider of affordable housing. We are looking to hire an HR Coordinator that will focus on supporting all aspects of the Human Resources team with a focus on recruitment and HRIS. The right candidate will have experience in both of these areas as well as being comfortable with providing a variety of employee communications. Experience working in a Union environment is a plus. We provide a supportive and flexible work environment, collaborating across departments to address the needs of our employees, and working as a team to support each other in the challenging work that we do. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to building an anti-racist culture that fosters commitment to our mission and a sense of belonging for all.
This position will close on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. This is a regular, full time position with compensation beginning at $64,644.48 annually.

Education & Experience Guidelines
- Four years of providing support related to human resources functional areas, such as recruiting, benefits, HRIS. A related degree may substitute for partial work experience requirement.
- One year of human resources experience in a unionized environment preferred.
